License Statement

Below is our "License Statement" - to which you agreed when you installed this software.

License Statement -

Kangaroo Tabor Software grants you a non-exclusive license to use the “QSL-ware” version of this software free of charge for any noncommercial purpose with the understanding that this policy is subject to change without notice.

Upon request, Kangaroo Tabor Software will grant you a non-exclusive temporary license to use the “full version” of this software free of charge for any noncommercial purpose for a 60-day-trial. During the trial period, and upon registration, this agreement is subject to the following terms.

Any copy must include the copyright notice and license statement.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the software shall remain in Kangaroo Tabor Software. Both United States copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions protect this software.

Liability and remedy for use of this software shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims, even if Kangaroo Tabor Software has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Kangaroo Tabor Software be liability for any damages to you or any other person, regardless of any form of the claim.

Specifically, Kangaroo Tabor Software makes no representation or warranty that the software is fit for any particular purpose and any implied warranty of merchantability is expressly and specifically disclaimed.
