Contest-Plan Bands and Targets Selection

The Contest-Plan SmartChart and SmartReport are each independently configurable so you can hide and show entire bands and/or select specific target areas for each band. The SmartChart and SmartReport each have a button labeled "Configure" that is used to access a "Select Contest-Plan Bands & Targets" window.

#1 This area holds the five "check boxes" used to hide - un-checked - or show - checked - an entire band. There is one check box fore each of the five primary HF contest bands. The 160M is not included - as the VOACAP engine is not designed to calculate predictions below 2 MHz.

#2 this area holds five columns - each with seven check boxes - one for each of the HF contest bands. The check boxes within each column are labeled with a two-character abbreviation representing the target area continent.

The band labels in area #1 and the target labels in area #2 are takes from the prediction used to create the Contest-Plan SmartChart and SmartReport. For more information see How to Prepare a Contest-Plan Prediction Batch.
